1. Eligibility criteria:Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects and should have secured a minimum of 50% marks (for general category candidates) and 40% marks (for SC/ST/OBC candidates) in aggregate.

For Govt. only students having a domicile of Andhra Pradesh will be able to participate. For Private medical colleges of Andhra Pradesh, both domicile and Non-domicile students can participate.

2. NEET UG exam: Candidates must have appeared and qualified for the NEET UG exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
3. Online application process: Candidates need to apply online through the official website of NTRUHS.
4. Merit list: NTRUHS prepares the merit list based on the NEET UG score, and candidates are called for counseling rounds based on their merit rank.
5. Counseling process: Counseling is conducted online in multiple rounds, where candidates have to select their preferred college and course. The allotment of seats is done based on the candidate’s merit rank and preferences.
6. Seat confirmation and admission: Candidates who are allotted seats need to pay the requisite amount to the university online before reporting to the respective college to confirm their admission by submitting the required documents and paying the admission fees.

 Facilities
Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam provides a wide range of amenities with good infrastructure to students. AMC Visakhapatnam Facilities are provided to students within the college campus to facilitate a good learning environment and academic development of students. The AMC Visakhapatnam campus facilities include lecture halls, an auditorium, good playgrounds, a gymnasium, a library, laboratories, hostels and medical facilities for students. The college has Demonstration Rooms, Research Laboratories Departmental Library and classrooms for every department.

Boys Hostel

The college provides well-furnished hostels for boys with cafeteria and mess facilities. The boy’s hostel also has an internet facility, recreation halls, gymnasium, and indoor and outdoor sports facilities.

Girls Hostel

AMC Visakhapatnam provides a hostel for girls with all the required amenities like furniture, electricity, water supply, wifi, common rooms, cafeteria and mess facilities.

Medical/Hospital
Medical/Hospitalhe medical facilities are available for students and staff with a central medical record room, linen rooms and hospital and staff committee room. There are well-equipped Intensive Care Units (ICU), Intensive Coronary Care Units (ICCU), Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU), SICU, IRCU and Burns Unit.

Gym

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

Library

AMC Visakhapatnam has a well-stocked library with a wide range of books, journals and newspapers. The college has a departmental library available for students and faculty members.

Sports

The college provides good playgrounds along with outdoor and indoor facilities for students within the campus. The sports facilities encourage students to participate in various sports tournaments and championships.

I.T Infrastructure

The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

Auditorium

The college has a spacious auditorium with an area of 2000 sq feet and audio-visual facilities. The college auditorium is used for conducting guest lectures, training programmes and cultural events.

Wifi

The College has Wifi facility for the students and staff.

Laboratories

The college has six well-equipped laboratories used for Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Histology, Histopathology, Clinical Pharmacology, Haematology, Microbiology and Community Medicine. The college also has a fully equipped central research lab.

Cafeteria

The college has a cafeteria which provides clean and hygienic food at a reasonable rate. The canteen facility is available for students, faculty and staff members.

90% percent of students in our course the highest average package offered is 4-5 Lacs the lowest average package offered is 1-2 Lacs Average package is 3 Lacs Apollo, Gitam etc.
